This March, the Twin Cities are combating climate change with all-new, delicious climate-friendly specials at your favorite restaurants!

Space is limited, so RSVP here!

The Eat for Impact initiative, led by Wholesome Minnesota and endorsed by current and former members of the Minneapolis City Council and the Minneapolis Health Department Climate and Sustainability Team, will help reduce the Twin Cities’ environmental footprint by increasing access to food that’s good for the planet. New specials will be available all month at six participating locations: Food on the Fly, Hamburguesas El Gordo, Hope Breakfast Bar, Namaste Cafe, Salt & Flour, and Sawatdee Thai Restaurant.

We’re planning dine-outs throughout the month of March to support the initiative and build community momentum around food as a climate solution — and we’d love for you to join us!

Food on the Fly has added TWO brand-new, 100% plant-based dishes to the menu:

  • Crispy Tofu Tacos — Crispy marinated tofu tossed with savory taco seasoning and served in flour tortillas with citrus cabbage, pineapple salsa, and a refreshing strawberry vinaigrette.
  • Bulgogi Bowl — Jasmine rice with Thai basil aioli, topped with fresh edamame and cucumber, pickled carrot and daikon, fermented purple cabbage and bean sprouts, house made kimchi, plant-based beef bulgogi, and a savory butternut squash “egg yolk.”

Spots are limited, so RSVP now to join us as we Eat for Impact!
