You may have noticed something different about us. Agile West Midlands has a new name, and it reflects how much our industry has changed. When we started, Agile was the big conversation. Today, iterative improvement is simply how good teams work. AI, data, leadership and emerging tech are now part of everyday working life, and that’s what Tech Collective is here to talk about, along with everything else that helps our community grow.

What better way to kick things off than with a debate?
