🗓️ Event detail

• You can meet people from diverse IT backgrounds at a cozy bar in Shibuya. This is an excellent opportunity to connect with new people and explore career opportunities. I aim to keep the event casual.
• I plan to divide the participants into several groups and change the group members once or twice so that everyone can get to know more people! (I'll leave the rest of the time for free interaction.)
• Past participants 👨🏻‍👩🏻‍👦🏻‍👦🏻 (backend engineer, frontend engineer, infra engineer, data engineer, company executives like CEO, CTO, freelancer, digital nomad, PMO, recruiter, people looking for an engineering job, traveler, new graduate, etc...)
• The reception will start at 18:55 to let people check in smoothly.

📌 Fee

• Pay in advance （Stripe）：800 yen (Pay here)
  ※This is the discounted price until 2 days before the event
• Pay onsite：1000 yen (cash or PayPay)

※For the smooth reception, we will prioritize people who pay in advance for the attendance 🙇‍♂️

• (*Plus one drink order is needed at the bar. And food at this bar is tasty, so you can have dinner here🍽️)

⚠️ Notes

• If you sign up for this event but end up not coming, please cancel as soon as possible so that other people can join. If you don't cancel before the event starts, others might be prioritized to join next time.
• We will take a group photo at the end of this event, but it's optional, so you don't have to be in the picture.
• Please be considerate to other participants! For example, it's not appropriate to take photos or videos of the participants without their permission, so please ask them if it's okay. If you do something unacceptable, you will be removed from this group.
• This event ends at 8 pm, but you can stay at the bar if you order something.
• If the event is canceled by the organizer, a full refund will be provded. No refunds will be issued for participant cancellations.

• 渋谷のリラックスした雰囲気のバーで様々なバックグラウンドのITプロフェッショナルの方々とお会いすることができます。普段会うことのない人と会ってご自身のキャリアを広がるきっかけになればと思っています。カジュアルで楽しい場にするように頑張りますので、ご興味があれば是非ご参加ください！
• 参加者をいくつかのグループに分けて、数回グループメンバーを変えて、参加者の方がより多くの人と知り合えるようにする予定です。(イベントの最後の方はご自由に好きな方と話していただこうと思っています。)
• 過去の参加者... (バックエンド、フロントエンド、インフラ、データエンジニア、CEOやCTOなど経営者の方、フリーランス、ノマドワーカー、PMO、リクルーター、エンジニアに転職しようとしている方、日本に旅行でいらしている方、新卒の方など様々です。👨🏻‍👩🏻‍👦🏻‍👦🏻)
• 受付は参加者がスムーズにイベント参加できるように18:55から行います。

• 事前支払い（Stripe）：800円 (こちらからお支払い)
  ※イベント2日前までの割引価格
• 当日支払い：1000円 (現金かPayPay)

※当日のスムーズな受付のため、事前支払いの方を優先的に参加確定とさせていただきます🙇‍♂️

• (+会場のバーでワンドリンクの注文が必要になります。お食事も美味しいので、こちらのバーで夕飯を食べていただいてももちろん大丈夫です)

⚠️ 注意事項

• 参加申請いただいた後に参加できないことが分かりましたら、他の方が参加できるようにイベント参加のキャンセルをお願いします。もしイベント開始までに無断欠席された場合は、以降参加時に他の方の参加を優先させていただく場合があります。
• イベントの終わりに参加者で写真を撮りますが、任意参加です。
• 他の参加者にご迷惑にならないようにご配慮お願いします。例えば参加者の写真や動画を無断で撮ることは禁止ですので、必ず参加者に許可を取るようにして下さい。もし迷惑行為をされた場合はこのGroupから退会されることがありますのでご注意ください。
• イベントは20時までですが、その後も何かご注文いただければイベント会場で引き続きご歓談していただけます。
• 主催者側でイベントをキャンセルした場合は参加費を全額返却いたします。参加者側の都合での参加辞退の場合、参加費は返却致しませんのでご注意ください。
