Designers Meetup 🎨 #1

Tokyo has plenty of meetups, but not many casual ones for designers👩‍💻🎨
So we’re creating a relaxed space for designers to meet, talk, and connect!

🗓️ Event detail

• You can meet designers from diverse backgrounds at a cozy bar in Shibuya. This is a casual meetup for designers to connect with people outside their usual workplace, share ideas, talk about design work and careers, and meet others in different design fields.
• We will divide the participants into several groups and change the group members a few times so that everyone can get to know more people!
• Expected participants: UI/UX designer, product designer, web designer, graphic designer, brand designer, visual designer, freelance designer, design manager, people studying design, people building portfolios, people looking for a design job, etc.
• The reception will start at 17:55 to let people check in smoothly.

📌 Fee

• Pay in advance （Stripe）：900 yen (Pay here)

**You will be prioritized to attend with this Stripe payment even if you are on the waitlist. The Stripe payment is available before the event starts**

• Pay onsite：1000 yen (cash or PayPay)

(*Plus one drink order is needed at the bar. And food at this bar is tasty, so you can have dinner here🍽️)
⚠️ Notes

• If you sign up for this event but end up not coming, please cancel as soon as possible. If you don't cancel before the event starts, others might be prioritized to join next time.
• Attendance priority goes to people who pay through Stripe, or who reply to DM from the event host.
• Please leave the venue after this event ends for general customers. (You can stay at the bar if you order something.)
• If the event is canceled by the organizer, a full refund will be provded. No refunds will be issued for participant cancellations.

東京にはたくさんのミートアップイベントがありますが、デザイナー向けのカジュアルなイベントは多くありません。そこで今回、デザイナー同士でカジュアルに話して繋がれるイベントを開催します！

🗓️ このイベントについて

• 渋谷のリラックスした雰囲気のバーで、様々なバックグラウンドのデザイナーの方々とアイデアを共有したり、デザインやキャリアについて気軽に話せて繋がれるカジュアルなミートアップです。
• 参加者をいくつかのグループに分けて、数回グループメンバーを変えて、参加者の方がより多くの人と知り合えるようにします。
• 想定している参加者：
  UI/UXデザイナー、プロダクトデザイナー、Webデザイナー、グラフィックデザイナー、ブランドデザイナー、ビジュアルデザイナー、フリーランスデザイナー、デザインマネージャー、デザインを学んでいる方、ポートフォリオを制作中の方、デザイン職への転職を検討している方など
• 受付は参加者がスムーズにイベント参加できるように17:55から行います。

📌 参加費

• 事前支払い（Stripe）：900円 (こちらからお支払い)

**Stripeでお支払いいただいた方を参加優先度させていただきます。イベント前までこのStripeリンクは有効です。**

• 当日支払い：1000円 (現金かPayPay)

(+会場のバーでワンドリンクの注文が必要になります。お食事も美味しいので、こちらのバーで夕飯を食べていただいてももちろん大丈夫です)
⚠️ 注意事項

• 参加申請いただいた後に参加できないことが分かりましたら、イベント参加のキャンセルをお願いします。もし無断欠席された場合は、以降他の方の参加を優先させていただく場合があります。
• Stripeで事前支払い、またはホストからのDMがあった場合に返信していただける方を参加優先させていただきます。
• イベント後は一般のお客様のために会場を退出してください。（何かご注文いただければイベント会場で引き続きご歓談していただけます。）
• 主催者側でイベントをキャンセルした場合は参加費を全額返却いたします。参加者側の都合での参加辞退の場合、参加費は返却致しませんのでご注意ください。
