connecting tech-driven women in the Charlotte Metrolina area. We developed TDW as a home for women who impact every aspect of technology that makes our world run. We know talking about technology can be intimidating, but the members of our group make technology, like our events, approachable.
engaging, connecting and debating together to empower and inspire women working in technology. We project the voices of the many women who contribute to the community. We discuss organizations who care about diversity and inclusion.

A local company hosts each of our events. Thanks to an approachable community and inspiring speakers, our list of hosts are referral-based.
