Tech Nottingham is an entirely free monthly meetup for people working in software around Nottingham. Our aim is to build a local community of technical people in and around Nottingham working to share ideas, get better at what they do and improve Nottingham as a place to work in the tech industry.
We welcome people at all levels and from all backgrounds; if you're interested in technology, we're interested in you.
There's usually free drinks and food for attendees, and always an interesting talk, so come along - everybody's nice.

Our Work
We run monthly meetups, a student outreach programme, a startup support programme, an annual Christmas party and Hack24 (http://www.hack24.co.uk/), our annual hackathon, run in the iconic Nottingham Council House overlooking the main city square in Nottingham.
We also work with local organisations to advocate for Nottingham as a place to do business in tech.
