Web Dev Day for 4 Nonprofits (Hackathon)

We'll (nonprofits + tech volunteers) have a kickoff meeting Friday evening from 6-9pm timeframe, where we'll do nonprofit and volunteer introductions and then break up into teams to support the below 4 nonprofits which we'll be creating / enhancing WordPress websites for! We'll all then re-group on Saturday from 9am-4pm to knock out as much work as we can. Dinner on Friday and then breakfast and lunch on Saturday will be provided.

Nonprofits:

1. We Care of Central Florida - Project: Will complete content update and redesign to website. Key Goals/Objectives: Automate Patient Referral Form by setting up Gravity Forms; set up blog; set up donations via Give platform; Set up Google Analytics, Install and update Yoast SEO plugin; Social Media (set up a Canva template for FB & IG templates).
2. GreenTown Kids - Project: Set up website on server and install theme; install GiveWP Plugin and Gravity Forms; set up and integrate MailChimp; set up Event Calendar; write Headlines and Copy; and integrate Social Media
3. 4 Lucky Dogs - Project: Need Website configured and Theme design Setup; GiveWP Donations Setup and Configured; Interface with RescueGroups.org << iFrame/API based interface to display animals and search; Configure Forms for Adoption, Fostering, Volunteering and Rescue Check-in; Interface above Forms with MailChimp for email Marketing; Event Calendar for Events
4. Feeding Empty Little Tummies - Project: Configuring Forms to Feed Excel Spreadsheet (Gravity Forms); Event Calendar for Events; GiveWP Donations Setup and Configured; Some Design work
