Virtual Working Meeting: Website Office Hours for Nonprofits

Let's get to WORK helping nonprofits with any website needs! After quick nonprofit introductions and a summary of their website goals and needs for the evenings, we'll jump into Zoom breakout rooms and get in "help mode!"

Who should come to this virtual event? Two audiences --> 1.) tech/website professionals interested in getting paired to help a nonprofit AND 2.) nonprofits in need of website help or advice!
***Request: Knowing who will be at the event is extremely important, as we'll be doing real-time allocation to pair techies with each attending nonprofit. So please only RSVP if you think you'll be able to attend! If you can no longer attend, please update your RSVP (ideally 24+ hours in advance.***

Nonprofits – Please bring the following to this event, and you’ll get paired with 1+ website professional to help you real-time:

1. your website log-in credentials
2. any and all website related questions

Techies - The majority of nonprofit websites tend to be WordPress, WIX or SquareSpace. The goal of this event is to help fix any small issues that can be fixed in under an hour, give them general website feedback (including UI/UX suggestions) and "teach them how to fish" (i.e. show them how to do basic things on they're website so they can be their own website administrator). If you want to offer pro bono support to the nonprofit you're paired with after the event, please offer that up, including specific commitment you're willing to make (EX. "I'll help you for two hours a month for the next 3 months.") and provide your contact information.
