Konstantin Boudnik (http://www.linkedin.com/profile/view?id=1182429&locale=en_US&trk=tyah2&trkInfo=tas%3Akonstantin%20Boud%2Cidx%3A1-1-1)
Dr. Boudnik, Director of Advanced Technologies for WANdisco (https://www.wandisco.com/), is one of the early developers of Hadoop and a co-author of Apache BigTop, the open source project that focuses on building community around the packaging, interoperability testing, and delivery of Hadoop-related projects. With extensive experience in software development, including Hadoop, analytics, Git, distributed systems and more, Dr. Boudnik contributed to multiple open source projects in the storage and data processing area.
WANdisco is developing a Continuous Availability Non-Stop Hadoop product and are partnered up with the other major creators in the big data space such as Cloudera and Hortonworks. Konstantin will be be talking about open-source driven innovations in the big data area, focusing more on hadoop ecosystem.

Jerome is a Data Engineer working with Hadoop technologies for over 5 years and primary contributor to the Brickhouse open source library of Hive UDFs. Jerome has developed various big data pipelines for Quantcast and Klout.
One of Jerome's creations is The Brickhouse Library which was developed to extend Hive's functionality, and to provide tools and design patterns needed to build scalable pipelines with Hive. Jerome will be discussing in more detail about the Brickhouse Library, how it contributes to Big Data and much more.
