Working with Spark's GraphX libraries

In order to make it a little easier for the organizers to keep track of who is coming, we are asking everyone who would like to come to RSVP via the Cincinnati Apache Spark Meetup site. While we have limited the signups via TechLife Cincinnati, there are no limits on the Spark Meetup site.

Beat the summer heat and join us for a fun filled evening exploring graph processing and Spark's GraphX library. Once again, IlluminationWorks has graciously offered to host our meeting and provide pizza.

Agenda:

6:00 - 6:30 - Social Hour - Pizza and Drinks 6:30 - 7:30 - Doug Needham from IlluminationWorks will be presenting on graph processing and Spark's GraphX package. This will include among other things: an overview of graph processing in general and work he did with GraphX as part of the Cloudera Data Science Challenge.

7:30 - 8:00 - Discuss people's experience with the Edx's Spark course, open discussion, etc.
