Transparency in Tech: Truth of a Tech Leader

Details
Hello from the Techs & The City team!
We’re delighted to announce our next meetup happening on…. 18th April!!
We love bringing new and exciting topics to our meetups, and the feedback we’ve had from the community is they want to hear more from the innovators behind the projects!
Our objective is to connect likeminded individuals, create new opportunities and share stories, so we invite you to delve into the mind of a tech leader, no…. we don’t mean the classic mantra’s that you’re bored of hearing from your LinkedIn feed, we are getting down to the juicy truths and we know you won’t be disappointed!
Introducing… Transparency in Tech: Truth of a Tech Leader
Here's a snippet of what to expect…
The theme of this month’s meet up will be about seeing the truth of a day-to-day in the life of a tech leader, behind the slogans, fake positivity and optimism, how to manage people whilst also managing yourself, and really helping understand the mentality and commitment required to lead major technical teams when one mistake can cost the business millions. How to handle the internal pressure, and external pressure, whilst also not projecting self-emotion onto your team.
