Bachata laboratory dance class

This Tuesday (May 2) we are launching a new Bachata Lab class.

I got this information from my teacher from Russia - the World Champion in Bachata according to the Spanish World Championship.

In the classes we will break down:
1. The mechanics of chest (spoiler: shoulder blades) and hip (spoiler: knees) movement in basic steps,
2. Musicality (constructing footwork based on the music),
3. A short choreography where we practice footwork and bodywork (lots of upper body movements),
4. Improvisation tools, so you can move freely instead of just dancing memorized routines.
The information is very well-structured, with clear instructions and personal attention.
