S.K.Y Spirit Kundalini Yoga

Join Kim Stern for her transformative S.K.Y - Sky Kundalini Yoga classes from 6-7:30 p.m.

In a SKY Session we're expanding our self-awareness and assuring our Agency. Every session is intended to be a transformational experience, and it works. SKY Sessions are unique and available to EveryBody; at ANY age and with ANY unique abilities. We practice in our minds first!

Our Wednesday evening Sessions include:
Tuning-In with the Adi Mantra
Stretching to warm ourselves, especially the spine

Kriya - Set of asanas with specific benefits (I have hundreds to choose from!)

Meditation - May include silent, guided, active/passive and unique, inquisitive dives! (I have hundreds to choose from!)
Relaxation with the Paiste Symphonic Gong

Sealing our Session with the "Long Time Sunshine" song and a simple prayer.

Give this experience to yourself and observe the benefits both on and off the mat! One session is enough to know if this technology is for you. Together, we lose our luggage and fly first class.
