What is Microdosing?
Microdosing involves taking a very small, sub-perceptual dose of a plant medicine (in this case, psilocybin mushrooms). This gentle approach is intended to support emotional healing, creative insight, and spiritual connection—without producing strong psychedelic effects. Participation is always optional and guided with care.

Connecting with the Goddesses, Aphrodite, Brigid & Freya

This unique workshop is divided into two parts. The first hour and a half is designed to teach you about the Goddesses inspiring myths/stories and who they were as individuals. We will also learn in detail how they can assist us in everyday life, how to work with them, and the different types of ways we can honor them.

The last half hour of the workshop is an interactive exercise where Izzy will be channeling/speaking with them directly so that you may ask them questions. You may share your questions openly or it can be one on one. Each individual may ask up to three questions. I have had the immense blessing of building intimate relationships with each one of these goddesses and they are happy to answer questions for each individual.

This is a great workshop for those who wish to connect to a certain goddess, deepen their relationship with them, learn about their history, or get answers directly from the source. This workshop offers a safe, supportive space to explore divine feminine energy and deepen your spiritual practice.

Each workshop will have three new goddesses so keep an eye out for the ones you wish to connect with.

Sonic Sanctuary: An Evening of Healing Vibration

Step into a sanctuary of sound and healing at HeARTsong Wellness. Join us for “Sonic Sanctuary: An Evening of Healing Vibration,” a transformative sound bath and meditation experience guided by our newest facilitator, Phylis.

Phylis is a Navy veteran, certified Sound Practitioner, and holistic nutritionist whose personal journey into holistic wellness inspires her unique approach to healing. Her sessions blend wisdom, compassion, and the restorative power of sound.

During this immersive evening, you’ll be bathed in soothing frequencies and vibrations designed to calm the mind, release tension, and restore energetic balance. Sound baths are known to support emotional release, deepen relaxation, and promote restful sleep—making this the perfect reset for body, mind, and spirit.
Whether you’re new to sound healing or a returning participant, all are welcome in this safe and nurturing space. Mats and props are provided; simply bring yourself and an open heart.
