Release & Renew - Myofascial Release and Reiki

When we experience stress, repetitive movement, injury, or the demands of everyday life, fascia can become restricted, contributing to feelings of tightness, tension, and discomfort.
Using gentle myofascial release balls, you'll be guided to explore areas of tension through pressure, breath, and stillness. Rather than forcing the body to release, we'll slow down, listen, and create space for the body to soften.
Throughout the practice, you'll also receive Reiki. The two practices work beautifully together: myofascial release brings mindful attention into the physical body, while Reiki offers a gentle energetic practice that supports relaxation and presence. As the body begins to soften and let go, Reiki can help create a sense of spaciousness and calm, allowing you to settle more deeply into the experience

Learn Reiki Level 1 with Pina Nast

In this foundational training, you'll learn the history and principles of Usui Reiki, how Reiki works, and how to begin incorporating it into your everyday life. We'll explore energy awareness, grounding, the chakra system, self-Reiki, and techniques for offering Reiki to yourself and others.
You'll also be introduced to two traditional Reiki symbols, learning their meaning, purpose, and how they can support your Reiki practice.
The heart of Level 1 is learning to receive before you give. Through guided practices, meditation, hands-on experience, and your Reiki attunement, you'll begin developing a deeper awareness of your own energy and intuition.
