Drum Trance in the Salt Caves is a deeply calming, advanced or beginner-friendly guided drum trance experience where the rhythm of the drum helps quiet the mind, settle the nervous system, and open inner listening. Held in the grounding atmosphere of the salt cave, you’ll be supported to reconnect with your Spirit Allies/Guides, receive insight, and leave feeling clearer, steadier, and more restored. The more often you trance the deeper your relationship grows with your guides.
