3 hours built around you. A 45 minute enjoyable yoga session followed by a 30 minute sound bath led by a 10 year practitioner. This 75 minute relaxation session is designed to allow you to deeply connect with your mind, body, and spirit. Enjoy a plated meal prepared by a personal chef to show you what eating well actually feels like. Take the time to enjoy conversations with beautiful people who are navigating the same wave you are.
Also included is entry into the raffle of a value at $500: a massage, an OG Juice item, an entry to a yoga class, and a community wellness pack (covering nutrition, a personal training session, peptide of choice, and merchandise item).
