About us
Please join us for our monthly women’s gathering, held on the third Saturday of each month. Together, we will create a safe and sacred container where we come together to express ourselves in a drum circle. Following the drum circle, you will be guided through breathwork in our BioCharger room and you will be coached through a cold plunge!
