We will be gathering in the lobby at the theater at 6:40 p.m. The actual announced start time of the film is 7:10 p.m.

Tickets are free for members of the Neighborhood Potluck Group who RSVP for this event. Do not buy tickets. We will already have your tickets.

We will be meeting in the lobby 30 minutes before the film starts. This theater is VERY STRICT about people arriving on time and won't let guests in if they arrive late. Please plan to arrive on time (at 6:40 p.m.) so we can hand out tickets, meet each other, talk, have time to get our seats, look at the menu, etc.

Gathering together in the lobby and getting to know people from the neighborhood group before the movie, has been one of the best parts of similar events in the past. If you can not arrive by 6:40 PM on this date due to work or other scheduling conflicts, that is okay! We will miss seeing you at this event but will look forward to seeing you at future events.

"How to Train Your Dragon" (2025) is a live action remake of the 2010 animated film adaptation of the children's book series by British author Cressida Cowell. The books are set in a fictional Fantasy Viking world, and focus on the experiences of protagonist Hiccup Horrendous Haddock the Third, as he overcomes obstacles on his journey of "becoming a hero, the hard way". The 2025 feature film was co-produced, written for the screen and directed by Dean DeBlois. The film stars Mason Thames, Nico Parker, Gabriel Howell, Julian Dennison, Bronwyn James, Harry Trevaldwyn, Peter Serafinowicz, and Nick Frost, with Gerard Butler reprising his role as Stoick the Vast from the animated films.
