Building A Big Buyers List

Details

If you want to have an extremely profitable and sustainable real estate business, there are two important things you’ll need:

Properties with equity.

The gift of sales plus the ability to sell your properties quickly to achieve pure profit.

The question remains, why isn’t everyone in real estate rich?

The short answer is that most successful real estate investors are masters at sales; sales is not for everyone. But, keep in mind, these real estate investors are also equipped with a Big Bad Buyer’s List. Let’s delve into the details upon how you can build your very own list.

A buyers list is a list of real estate investors who have loads of cash to spend and are readily and actively looking for new investments. It is important to track names, emails, and phone numbers while creating this list. It is also vital to note that selling a property is a continuous process and something that has to be done again and again. By building rapport with past buyers, you can build customer trust which will accelerate your progress.

Certainly, don’t scrimp on your customers and the initial trust-building process as this is the point where your business will start to boom.

Perhaps becoming a master at sales is not your focus?

Don’t forget, whether you like it or not, every type of work you do; sales is involved. When you obtain a buyers list, big or small; it is worth a lot of value to the person looking at selling properties. Once you have a solid buyers list, you can sell one of your properties with a call, email, or text— without having to list your property on the public market. What does the standard buyer's list look like and how is the data derived?

Of course, these ideas and methods work; some yield better results than others, but they all prove successful one way or another. Once you progress as a real estate investor, you will figure out which one is most effective for you. In this training we will refine the list above as there are a few that work better, showing you what you should start with from day one, and leverage your knowledge to the next level.
