Temple of Inner Alchemy

I invite women to join us in the free Inner alchemy session. We will be taking a deep intentional descent into the soma. Using the keys and transmissions of Kundalini Dance to weave gorgeous streams of light into our field.

You will be guided through a somatic practice which supports your body to feel safe, grounded and held.
Together we will use breath, movements to unwind the body and sound to create gentle expansion.
Once we open the body we will move into free flow dance to allow the body to express what she needs you to see, feel and hear.
