In Connection: A Group for Women Returning to Dating

This Fall, we’re offering a therapy group for women and femme-identified individuals (cis, trans, and nonbinary) returning to the dating world after time away—whether due to divorce, loss, parenting, or personal growth.

Grounded in a somatic, psychodynamic, and relational approach, this group offers a supportive space to explore how nervous system patterns, attachment history, and lived experience shape connection. Participants will reflect on what they want in relationships while also deepening connection with themselves.

The group includes guided reflection, shared stories, and space for embodiment and integration. Prior individual therapy experience is recommended.

Format: Begins with an in-person gathering in nature (East Bay) on Saturday October 20th, followed by weekly 90-minute virtual sessions on Mondays, 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm.
Cost: $80 per session (sliding scale may be available)
Schedule: 10/18 with the in-person gathering, followed by weekly virtual sessions on Mondays, 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm. Group runs 8 weeks.
