Do you enjoy playing tennis recreationally, play at an intermediate level (hoping the descriptions below help), like a bit of friendly competition but aren't super competitive and would love to visit with and play on a weekly basis with a group of people who fit this same description? Then this meetup group may very well be for you! Come join us to find out.
The hope is for tennis enthusiasts who are at a similar intermediate level to have a place to get together each week when the weather cooperates to both enjoy playing tennis as well as enjoy each other's company while playing.
3.0 (Low-Intermediate): Can hit medium-paced shots with fair consistency but struggles with directional control, depth, and aggressive pace.
3.5 (Intermediate): Improved stroke dependability and directional control. Starting to use spin, control rallies, and play aggressive net.
4.0 (Advanced-Intermediate): Dependable strokes with depth and directional control. Can use a variety of shots (lobs, volleys, approach shots) effectively.
