This practice, written by Mingyur Rinpoche in 2010 while on retreat at St. John's in Minnesota, covers many of the core elements of Buddhist teachings, with chants, aspirations, and meditation practice.
IMPORTANT:
Our Zoom meeting has been hacked, and we need to increase our security. Please email us for the Zoom link after you RSVP for this meeting. Our email address is chicago@tergar.org. This is the only way you will get a link to join our meeting.
We have Nectar of the Path practice sessions twice a month, on the first and third Sundays. We work with this practice for about an hour before our regular sitting group. Right now we're meeting online via Zoom.
This is open to everyone. At the same time, please note that this is a "Buddhist" practice: it is based on the fundamental Buddhist concepts of refuge, bodhicitta, and relationship to the teacher. If you'd prefer a secular approach, please join us at our regular sitting sessions every Sunday from 9:30 to 11:00 at the same location.
More info on the practice can be found here: https://learning.tergar.org/2016/04/23/nectar-of-the-path/
If you have any questions, please email us at chicago@tergar.org. Hope to see you soon!
