Join us for a relaxed event focused on transformation through mindfulness meditation. We offer guided meditation practices aimed at promoting awareness, compassion, and wisdom, as well as unguided, silent meditation and periods of discussion. We aim to offer a space for people to slow down and cultivate a deeper sense of awareness.
You'll have the opportunity to deepen your mindfulness practice and connect with like-minded individuals on the shared journey of personal growth. Come join us in cultivating greater peace, resilience, and spiritual well-being in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Note: this is not a meditation "class", as such. If you have some experience with meditation, or if you're a curious beginner, this event will be just right for you.
