What we’re about

Based on the teachings of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, the Tergar Meditation Community of New York City explores practices designed to calm the mind, open the heart, and awaken wisdom.

We currently meet online on the first and third Monday of each month from 7-8:30pm (EDT). Our meetings are open to everyone and include a period of guided meditation and group discussion.

We send out meeting reminders by email with a Zoom link before each meeting. To sign up to receive these emails, please email "subscribe" to nyc@tergar.org in the subject line. You can unsubscribe from our bimonthly meeting reminders at any time.
