Joy of Living Meditation Group

We meet online on the first and third Monday of each month from 7:00–8:30pm for meditation and group discussion based on the teachings of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, author of The Joy of Living and In Love with the World. Feel free to attend regularly, or to drop in as your schedule allows. Each session includes guided meditations and group discussion focusing on a particular topic and is self-contained.
If you are new to meditation, this group will offer a gentle immersion into the world of mindfulness. If you are following Tergar's Joy of Living or Path of Liberation programs, these groups provide a wonderful opportunity to deepen your spiritual practice.
