Hey all!
Ever wanted to play football regularly but felt too intimidated to join a Sunday League team? Don't fancy forking out for five-a-side on astro? Just want a relaxed kick about in the park? Then this group is for you.
Terrible Football is open to anyone 18+, any ability, any gender. It's about miss-kicked clearances, sweet half-volleys and desperate diving saves, whether it's raining, sunny or snowing. It's completely free, and always will be. Open, inclusive and Terrible.
We are Terrible Football Brighton, established here for 7 years, part of a wider Terrible Football community that's been running in venues across the world for several years, starting out in London.
Before you come:
Please check individual events for kick-off times, and sign up to the event you want to attend. In order to manage numbers, we require all players to be signed up on meetup.
Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can make teams. If you're late and we've already started, you may have to wait for the next game, and if we're full, we'll have to turn you away.
We would advise you to wear football boots (shin pads optional). In summer, when the ground's dry, astros or trainers are a good shout.
