# 🌿 October Ayurveda, Nature Visualisation, Somatic Movement & Sound Healing Taster 🌿
### A gentle journey into self-care, relaxation & wellbeing
Come and experience a 30–40 minute restorative taster session designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and discover simple wellbeing rituals you can incorporate into everyday life.
This gentle, nurturing experience brings together Ayurveda, nature visualisation, breathwork, somatically informed gentle yoga and sound healing in a calm and restorative setting.
The intention is simple: to awaken curiosity, connection and intention around your own self-care. 🌿
Time 🕰️ Zones Check carefully
this is 5pm Thai 🇹🇭 time and 10am UK 🇬🇧 time.
### 🌱 An Introduction to Ayurveda
We will begin with a gentle introduction to Ayurveda and Ayurvedic wellbeing rituals, exploring how understanding your individual constitution and needs can help you make more supportive choices around your daily wellbeing.
You will receive practical ideas and useful links to explore further, with suggestions that can be tailored towards your individual body type, lifestyle and wellbeing needs.
Please bring a notepad and pencil if you would like to take notes during this part of the session.
### 🧘♀️ Somatically Informed Gentle Yoga
We will then move into a short sequence of gentle, somatically informed yoga and movement.
The practice is designed to encourage you to slow down, notice sensations within your body and release areas where you may be holding tension.
The intention is not to push or achieve a particular shape, but to listen to your body and move with awareness.
This gentle movement may help support:
- Relaxation and stress reduction
- Releasing muscular tension
- Body awareness and connection
- Gentle mobility and ease of movement
- A greater sense of grounding and calm
### 🌳 Nature Visualisation & Breathwork
We will move into a guided nature visualisation combined with gentle breathwork, creating space to settle the mind and shift towards a more relaxed state.
The practices are designed to encourage parasympathetic nervous system activity, supporting relaxation and restoration while also creating an opportunity to develop focus, presence and cognitive awareness.
You will be guided through the experience slowly and calmly, allowing the imagination and breath to create a sense of connection with nature 🌿🌴🪴🪷🌹🐝🦩
### 🔔 Sound Healing
The final part of our journey will incorporate live sound healing, creating an immersive and restorative sensory experience.
The soundscape will include:
🇳🇵 Nepalese singing bowls
🇵🇭 A wind chime from the Philippines
And, as the experience develops, I will be introducing additional crystal-toned instruments, including crystal-coloured bowls and a crystal harp played with water.
We will also incorporate real candlelight and coloured lights, alongside the natural elements of water and fire, creating a beautiful sensory environment inspired by the traditional symbolism of the chakras.
The intention is to create an experience that feels calm, grounding, restorative and gently uplifting.
