It will be held on Google meet and will be a hybrid event based in person and online. Each week there will be a different theme to address and seek to elevate health. The first one will be seeking good sleep patterns and habits and empowerment in daily life. I will suggest Ayurvedic πΏ herbs that I have personally used effectively and routinely for years, specific yoga postures to help with relaxation and empowerment. Everything I am planning to suggest are tried and tested by me.
Every individual will need to adjust and edit to suit their own body but my suggestions may provide a helpful nurturing foundation on which to build.

Everyone ~ from burnt out professionals, women preparing for pregnancy, guys and woman wanting to cultivate a holistic practice and ~
Lonely, inactive, unconfident, unhealthy π€ pensioners from London are welcomed here online particularly in the winter months when London can prove oppressive at times. This session will focus on good sleep and how to cultivate it. Sleep π€ impacts everything linked to health so this is very useful.
