Hi this session will be divided into three parts. The first a brief introduction to Ayurveda and self care tips related to creating balance for busy working individuals or people that can afford to stop and relax more. The second part will be a guided yoga session with modifications, a yoga mat blanket and pillow would be useful. The final section is a sound healing with Tibetan bowls, kochi and a seed shaker to cultivate nature relaxation.
