What is the agent actually allowed to do? How do we verify tomorrow a result that looks perfectly today? What happens when its model, context, data, tools, or permissions change?
This talk explores the dangerous gap between a successful AI demo and a trustworthy production system. Through practical examples, Maryna will show why traditional testing is no longer enough, how AI governance becomes an engineering challenge, and why Quality Engineering must evolve from checking outputs to challenging boundaries, authority, evidence, and human oversight.
Because the real question is not whether your AI agent works. It is whether you can prove that it remains safe, reliable, and under control.
