Our speaker, Justin Brogna, is a fellow real estate investor and serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Thrive Lending. He is responsible for overseeing the Thrive Lending Fund, which includes sourcing and funding loans.

Prior to Thrive, Justin worked for nearly 20 years at various large banks in Austin. In many of his previous banking positions, Justin was responsible for creating, growing, and maintaining multi-million dollar loan portfolios. He understands how to navigate the intricacies of the lending business.
