Lunchtime Chew & Chat with ADHD Coach Kat
Details
ADHDers are really good at forgetting to eat. We get pulled into hyperfocus and suddenly it’s hours later… we’ve accomplished a lot, but we haven’t moved, hydrated, or nourished ourselves.
So this is your reminder. 💛
What We Will Be Doing Together:
This is not necessarily a productivity session. This is not a body doubling session scheduled for task completion.
This is a casual, laid-back space to nourish your body and connect with other humans:
- Come eat something you’ve already prepared.
- Use the time to actually make a meal.
- Lightly work on something small if you’d like (it’s only 45 minutes — plan accordingly).
Beyond nourishment and connection, this space also doubles as an open coaching forum.
Think of it as “office hours,” but softer.
You can:
- Ask ADHD-related questions
- Get guidance on something specific
- Talk through a challenge
- Or listen and learn from others
Access to coaching doesn’t always have to be formal — sometimes it looks like community and a shared table.
Food for Thought:
Cameras are encouraged whenever possible, but not required.
I know being on camera can already feel vulnerable. Add eating? Even more so. Part of the intention behind this space is to gently normalize that. To practice being seen while doing something completely human.
Maybe you’re ready to eat on camera. Maybe you’re not. Wherever you are, it’s okay.
This isn’t about “doing all the things.”
During this time together, the focus is taking care of ourselves — and nothing else.
That isn’t selfish.
It isn’t irresponsible.
It isn’t a distraction.
It’s honoring our bodies and brains. It’s offering ourselves the same compassion we give everyone else.
Over time, that’s what builds the confidence to do all the things — in ways that support your brain and honor your body.
45 minutes.
Come eat.
Come connect.
Come as you are.
