☀️ Mindful Mornings: Tune-In To Yourself Tuesday
Details
☀️ Start your day by tuning into yourself—gently, without pressure.
A 40-minute ADHD-friendly space to gently start your day—grounded, supported, and a little more tuned in than when you woke up.
If your mornings often feel rushed, scattered, or like your brain is already spinning before you’ve had a chance to land—you’re not alone.
This space exists to give your mind and body a softer place to arrive.
Not a perfect routine.
Not a pressure-filled session.
Just a moment to check in… before the day starts moving.
This space is here to help you reconnect—gently, without pressure. Together, we’ll ease into the morning in a way that actually works for an ADHD brain:
- Take meds, hydrate, and settle in (coffee, tea, breakfast all welcome)
- Grab tea, water, or anything else that helps you feel grounded
- Breathe, stretch, and move lightly while tuning into how your body and mind are feeling
- Notice what’s coming up for you—jot notes, journal, or simply observe if that feels right
- Do one small thing for yourself that you usually rush or skip—a few pages of reading, sketching, meditation, or yoga
- End with a few minutes of reflection and journaling to carry intention into your day
I’ll guide the flow—offering structure where it’s helpful, while leaving plenty of room for you to follow what you need.
This isn’t about having it all figured out.
It’s about giving yourself just enough clarity to take your next step.
You don’t need to show up ready.
You don’t need a plan.
You don’t even need to feel motivated.
You just need a place to start.
Come as you are—pajamas, bedhead, slow mornings and all.
Cameras encouraged, never required.
Let’s begin the day together—calm, connected, and a little more present than when we started.
A gentle reminder: you’re a human being, not a human doing.
