☀️ Mindful Mornings: Monday Reset

A 40-minute ADHD-friendly space to gently begin your week—grounded, supported, and a little more oriented than you were before.

If your Mondays tend to start in a blur—jumping straight into responsibilities, already feeling behind, or unsure where to begin—you’re not alone.

This space exists to give your brain a softer place to land.
Not a perfect routine.
Not a pressure-filled reset.
Just a moment to arrive… before the week starts moving.

Together, we’ll ease into the morning in a way that actually works for an ADHD brain:

  • Take meds, hydrate, and settle in (coffee, tea, breakfast all welcome)
  • Be offered simple, supportive ways to wake up your mind and body—nothing formal, just what helps
  • Gently move or stretch to shake off sleep and get present
  • Check in with yourself and choose a loose, doable intention for the day or week
  • Share in casual, low-pressure conversation (if you want to)

I’ll guide the flow—offering structure where it’s helpful, while leaving plenty of room for you to follow what you need.

This isn’t about getting everything figured out.
It’s about getting just enough clarity to take your next step.
You don’t need to show up ready.
You don’t need a plan.
You don’t even need to feel motivated.
You just need a place to start.

Come as you are—pajamas, bedhead, slow mornings and all.
Cameras encouraged, never required.

Let’s begin the week together—calm, connected, and a little more grounded than before.

A moment to remember: you’re a human being, not a human doing.
