Hi friends! I'll be hosting a few morning body doubling sessions while Meredith is away. She'll be back soon, but in the meantime, we'll keep things moving with the same focused, productive hour you've come to expect.

πŸ’Ό About the Session
This is a one-hour power session using body doubling β€” perfect for work, school, or personal projects.

Bring that thing you've been putting off β€” maybe a task that needs pencil-to-paper brainstorming, finishing slides for a presentation, balancing your budget, catching up on emails, or planning out your week. It doesn't matter what it is β€” if it needs your focus, we'll make it happen together.

We'll start with a quick round of introductions where you share your name and your intention for the hour. For example:
"I'm Kat, and I want to organize my inbox and plan tomorrow's schedule."

Once intentions are set, we'll work independently but together β€” creating a calm, focused atmosphere that makes it easier to stay on task. About halfway through, we'll take a quick 2-minute stretch and reset break before jumping back into work.

Please plan to stay on camera the whole time. This helps us all stay present and connected (and keeps wandering minds and bodies to a minimum).

If you arrive after we've started, no problem! Just type your intention in the chat and jump right into your work. I'll do my best to let you back in if you get disconnected mid-session.
