🎉 Wins-Day!
Details
Come join us for our Wins-Day Celebration! 🎉
With ADHD, it’s easy to move right past a win without pausing to recognize it.
But here’s the science-y truth:
Celebrating even tiny wins can create real benefits for our brains.
Acknowledging progress—big or small—activates the brain’s reward system and reinforces the behaviors we want to continue. That positive reinforcement can support motivation, focus, confidence, and follow-through.
Sharing our wins with a safe, supportive community also strengthens connection and belonging—something many ADHDers deeply crave.
In other words:
Celebrating your wins isn’t fluffy. It’s brain care.
And that’s what Wins-Day is all about.
This is a warm, supportive space where we take a few minutes to:
- Share something we’re proud of—even if it feels tiny
- Celebrate each other’s victories
- Build momentum through positive reinforcement
- Remind ourselves that progress counts, not perfection
Whether your win is “I folded one shirt” or “I finally did the hard thing I’ve been avoiding for weeks,” it belongs here.
This community gets it.
Your wins matter.
You matter.
Session Structure:
- To keep this gathering intentional and meaningful, attendance is limited to 10 participants—11 people, including me. This helps ensure everyone has the time and space to share and be celebrated without feeling rushed or overlooked.
- We’ll start the celebration at 11:17 AM MDT—yep, that’s intentional!—to give everyone a moment to settle in.
- Each person gets at least three minutes to celebrate their win. When you have about 30 seconds left, I’ll use the ✋ raised-hand feature as a gentle heads-up to begin wrapping up.
Let’s laugh, cheer each other on, and practice being loud about what we’re proud of. 💜 We can’t wait to celebrate you!
👥 Participation Notes
- Camera use is optional, but please turn yours on when it’s your turn to share. If that’s tricky, message me—we’ll figure it out!
- Please RSVP only if you’re genuinely planning to attend. If your plans change, update your RSVP to “No” so someone else can join. No guilt! 💛
- Members must have attended at least three other group events. Those who haven’t—or who frequently RSVP but don’t attend—may be moved to the waitlist so active members have an opportunity to participate.
