🌙 The Evening Exhale.
A quiet Sunday space to slow down, reflect, and gently close out the day.

Sometimes our brains don’t get the memo that the day is ending.

Even when we’re tired, we can still be thinking, scrolling, planning, replaying conversations, bouncing between tabs, or feeling like there’s one more thing we should be doing.

The Evening Exhale is a gentle space to step out of “doing mode” for a little while and give your brain somewhere softer to land.

We’ll keep things simple, quiet, and flexible.

You might choose to:

  • Journal or reflect on the day
  • Doodle, color, or create something quietly
  • Sip tea or another cozy drink
  • Stretch or get comfortable
  • Listen to calming music
  • Sit quietly with the group
  • Notice what you’re ready to let go of for the night
  • Think about what you want to carry forward
  • Or simply give yourself a few minutes where nothing needs to be accomplished

I may offer a gentle prompt or two along the way, but there’s no pressure to write, share, meditate, or participate in any particular way.

✨ The goal isn’t to fix the day, plan tomorrow, or squeeze in a little more productivity. It’s simply to slow things down, soften the edges a bit, and let the day be done

Come as you are—cozy clothes, messy brain, tea, journal, blanket, dog, whatever helps you settle in. ❤
