avoiding, overthinking, or not knowing where to start—you’re not alone.
This space exists to help you get unstuck and just begin.
Not perfectly.
Not all at once.
Just one task, one step, with people alongside you.
💻 What this is:
A virtual body doubling session where we work independently, but together—
creating a focused, encouraging environment that helps your brain settle in and find its flow.
Whether you're:
- drafting an essay
- planning your week
- organizing your finances
- tackling a work project
—you don’t have to do it alone.
🧠 How we’ll start:
We’ll do a quick round of names and intentions—nothing fancy.
Something like: “I’m Kat, and I’m planning out my week.”
Simple, specific, and doable.
If you’re running late, no stress—just drop your intention in the chat and jump in.
🎥 A note on cameras:
We strongly encourage keeping your camera on (as much as you can).
That visual accountability is what makes body doubling so effective—it helps all of us stay present and engaged.
