☀️ Mindful Mornings: Friday Reflection

A 40-minute ADHD-friendly mindfulness practice and grounded social space to slow down, reconnect, and ease into the end of the week.

By Friday, we’ve usually been through some things. Maybe the week felt productive. Maybe it felt messy, exhausting, surprisingly good, or like it went completely sideways.

Before we rush into whatever comes next, this is a chance to look back for a minute and notice what was actually there.

Not to judge it.
Not to measure it.
Just to reflect, notice, and honor it.

We’ll settle in together with grounding music, a little movement, meds, and an affirmation or thought to help us ease into the morning.

From there, every Friday looks a little different.
Some mornings are chattier than others. Sometimes we end up talking about the very real experience of living with ADHD. Other mornings are quieter, with room to journal, meditate, stretch, eat breakfast, drink coffee, or simply sit and be.

There are no expectations here. The goal is simply to honor yourself by noticing what you need that morning.

You don’t need to have done everything.
You don’t need to feel accomplished.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.

Come as you are—pajamas, bedhead, slow mornings and all. Cameras encouraged, never required.

We’ll close together with a few intentional breaths before heading into the rest of our day.

Because we’re human beings, not human doings. Sometimes, we just need some time to be.
