“I’ll figure it out tomorrow…”—only to wake up feeling scattered, behind, or unsure where to start—you’re not alone.
This space exists to help you gently close out the day with a little more intention—so tomorrow doesn’t feel so heavy.
Not a full reset.
Not a big productivity push.
Just a small, supported moment to make things a little easier for Future You.
You don’t have to be motivated or have a plan—this is simply a place to show up and do one small thing that helps.
Here’s how we’ll spend our time together:

• Choose one small way to reduce that friction
• Spend a few quiet minutes

This might look like things like:

- or anything else that helps your morning feel a little smoother
We’ll keep things simple, quiet, and flexible.
Camera on or off, talking or not—you get to decide what works for you.
