Poetry Mondays: Featured Poet: William Carlos Williams; Collaborative Poetry

Hello and Happy New Year! This month's featured poet is William Carlos Williams.

For our collaborative poetry, we'll do a fun take on new year resolutions, with the goal being to create a "contract I will absolutely violate" poem. Our prompts will be "I hearby resolve..." and "exceptions include but are not limited to…."

Format:

1. Reading of poems of the week's Featured Poet
2. Attendees are invited to share a poem they like (by featured poet, any other poet, or their own poems) and talk for 2 to 4 minutes about the poem.
3. Breakout rooms to work on collaborative Poetic expressions.
