About us
Many women with ADHD have spent years trying to be less of who they are: less talkative, less emotional, less spontaneous, less curious, less intense. We learn to mask, adapt, and fit in.
This peer learning circle is an opportunity to explore a different question: What becomes possible when we stop trying to be less and learn how to be ourselves more skillfully?
"Permission to be Authentic" does not mean ignoring challenges or rejecting growth. It means understanding ourselves more deeply, building on our strengths, navigating difficulties with awareness, and creating lives that fit who we are.
Together, we'll explore what ADHD means for each of us through honest conversation, curiosity, and shared experience. We'll look at both the challenges and the strengths that come with the real, messy, brilliant reality of having an ADHD brain.
We create space to question expectations that may not serve us, define success on our own terms, and discover approaches that genuinely support the way we think, feel, and work.
Our meetings may include reflective exercises, games, role plays, and opportunities to practice new skills in a supportive environment. Participation is flexible, you are welcome to contribute, observe, share, reflect, or simply listen, depending on what feels right for you that day.
This is not a place to have all the answers. It's a place to learn together, inspire one another, exchange ideas, and discover new possibilities.
You don't have to fit yourself into someone else's definition of success. You only need your own permission to be more authentic.
Group Agreements
To help create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment, we ask everyone to agree to the following:

ADHD and Perimenopause - Workshop ThriveCollective
·OnlineOnlineAs part of building connections between communities with shared values, I'm pleased to invite our community to this workshop hosted by ThriveCollective.
Same brain. New chemistry.
About the event:
For many women, (peri)menopause doesn’t just bring brain fog: the hormonal shift strains the exact functions your professional life runs on - focus in the room, holding detail in memory, prioritizing under load, staying regulated under pressure.
Add ADHD to the mix, and the load on your capacity can feel exponentially heavier. Especially if (as most women) you were never explained how your ADHD and hormones are interacting - let alone how to actually work with that.
So, if you are also going through this transitional period feeling like you're losing yourself, this workshop is for you.
In it, we will bring the full picture together, by combining:
*the strengths-based ADHD perspective and practical tools of ADHD coach Raluca Izsak
*with the hormonal, nutritional and lifestyle lens that A(u)DHD specialist and cPNI Anca brings. They will share their specialist point of view with full empathy on what you are going through - as women navigating the same shifts as you do.
The goal is simple: for (peri)menopause to stop feeling like a personal failure, and instead become a new, manageable stage of life you feel confident you can thrive in.I'm delighted to share this opportunity with our community.
If you decide to join, I'd really appreciate it if you could RSVP here on Meetup as well as register through ThriveCollective's booking link. Your Meetup RSVP helps me see how many members of our community are interested and attending, while the ThriveCollective registration secures your place at the workshop.
