The Alchemy, Seattle

Welcome!!  This group is about: having fun, being in community, and the alchemy of doing the inner work in order to BE the change you want to see in the world. We promote awareness, inclusion, curiosity, authenticity, growth, self-expression, solution-oriented approaches, inner work, and holistic wellness.  Participate as you're inspired to! Come as you are. Follow your joy.

Here you’ll find events and classes in the greater Seattle area that revolve around hanging out, learning from others (and sharing your gifts with the world!), dinners, art walks, pool tournaments, doing work that you love, manifestation groups, dance, meditation, and classes about connecting to your unique and individual sense of purpose, creativity, trusting your intuition, connecting to your body, your wellbeing, and feeling fulfilled.

Because what is in our power right now, Seattle? A LOT. Fear and isolation only lessen the power we have. Let's keep the light on - amongst each other, in ourselves, and continue to collaborate towards better outcomes individually and collectively. This is about forming positive coalitions of heart-centered people, and tending to your own joy (which you thoroughly deserve, and that also empowers offering your best to others).

Please note: The "donation" is completely optional, and goes to the time, energy, and cost of running this group (it costs $50 dollars a month to host a Meetup group). Any financial contribution will also supports classes, arranging event spaces, and at times even food. Your donation also supports those who are temporarily unable to contribute. **Please don't "tip," because that money is strangely retained by Meetup, and not given to the group.** Thank you!!

Lastly, this brilliant group was first called the Antidote, and started with such great heart intention.  Now that I’ve inherited it, I’ve changed its name to reflect that - while its heart is very much the same - it is evolving towards more community involvement, activities, classes, and outreach. I am so excited to encourage all sorts of teachers to share here! For entrepreneurs to be supported in contributing to the highest good, individuals learning about themselves, sharing what they know, having fun – yay!
