This is an open group and all are welcome! From current and alumni Alexandria Singers members, to those who love to sing and are looking for a local, social outlet, or to patrons of the arts throughout the DC Metro area... Join us!
The Alexandria Singers are the region's only adult pops chorus, our one-of-a-kind repertoire of American popular music offers the community an alternative to the sacred and classical music performed elsewhere. The Singers are a mixed-voices volunteer ensemble composed of men and women of all ages and backgrounds. We sing music the people know and grew up with. You name it; the Singers do it - Broadway, jazz, country, patriotic and pop. The Singers are proud to represent the DC Metro Area!
The Singers rehearse on Tuesday nights 10 months out of the year (short summer breaks, but occasional "summer camps"... stay tuned in our events) in Alexandria, VA.
