### πΈ Current Exhibition: Wunderkind β Martine Gutierrez
27 June β 18 October 2026
This is the final day of Martine Gutierrez's Wunderkind exhibition, so October 18 is a great opportunity to see it before it closes. β¨
Gutierrez's work explores identity, beauty, gender, representation and popular culture through carefully constructed photographic images. Her photographs often play with fashion, performance and self-representation, creating a fascinating space between reality and fiction.
The exhibition presents her work across the historic rooms of Huis Marseille, creating an interesting dialogue between contemporary photography and the character of the 17th-century canal houses. πΈποΈ
The museum's programme describes Gutierrez's work as part of its focus on contemporary photography and living photographers.

### π‘ More Than a Photography Museum
One of the special things about Huis Marseille is the building itself.
The museum occupies two historic canal houses, with many original architectural details still preserved, including ornate ceilings, stucco work, marble elements and a beautiful period room.
There is also a peaceful canal garden where you can take a moment to relax after viewing the exhibitions. πΏβ
