About us

⭐ The goal of The Anchor Circle is to create a safe, compassionate space where caregivers can strengthen their own mental and emotional well‑being while supporting someone living with mental illness. Our mission is to reduce isolation, build resilience, and provide practical tools that help supporters stay grounded, healthy, and connected.

⭐ This group is for anyone who provides emotional, practical, or day‑to‑day support to a loved one living with mental health challenges. Whether you’re a parent, partner, sibling, friend, or informal caregiver, you’re welcome here. We’re looking for people who want community, understanding, and a place to share experiences without judgment.

⭐ Our events focus on connection, shared understanding, and emotional wellness. I’m not a therapist and I don’t provide clinical advice — I’m a peer with lived experience navigating the challenges of supporting someone with mental health needs.

During our gatherings, we’ll share experiences, explore mental‑health topics from a personal perspective, discuss healthy boundaries, and learn practical self‑care approaches that help us stay grounded. Each meeting offers a supportive, judgment‑free space where members can talk openly, gain insight, and feel anchored by a community that truly understands the unique realities of caregiving.
