In Accounts Receivable. A Deep Look. we will share over 40 years of experience in managing Accounts Receivable of businesses w/ up to 250 employees.

The event is targeted at CFOs and at people, who are de facto in a CFO role, regardless of the job title and description, as well as at people, who are specifically focused on or involved — one way or another — in the work around Accounts Receivable, such as client account managers, legal, etc.

We will offer free and practical advice on —

1/ How to identify why your Accounts Receivable have slipped beyond the payment terms.

This is, surprisingly often and to a large extent, caused by the business itself and can have a number of interwoven root causes stretching along the whole relationship lifecycle.

2/ How to fix that, starting w/ the most recent unpaid invoices and then fix the situation altogether and end-to-end.

We will listen, and provide concrete examples and guidelines. In confidential situations we can have an NDA backed one-on-one.

In case, that there are no concrete questions, we will make a general presentation.

The time was selected following these criteria —

— Thursday — almost the end of the week.

— 16:00 — so that the participants can do it, partially, in their working time, without overstretching the patience of the company.
