What we’re about

Art of Financial Mediation shares 40+ years of experience in managing Accounts Receivable of freelancers and of organisations w/ up to 250 employees.

The group is intended for freelancers as well as at CFOs and at professionals, who are de facto in a CFO role, regardless of the job title and description, as well as at professionals, who are specifically focused on or involved — one way or another — in the work around Accounts Receivable, such as client account managers, legal, etc.

We have experience w/ both seasoned professionals and w/ young professionals, who make their first steps in the said roles.

We offer pro bono publico, practical and hands on advice on —

1/ How to identify why Accounts Receivable have slipped beyond the payment terms.

This is, surprisingly often and to a large extent, caused by the freelancer or the organisation itself and can have a number of interwoven root causes stretching along the whole relationship lifecycle.

and

2/ How to fix that, starting w/ the most recent unpaid invoices and then fixing the situation altogether and end-to-end, and eventually preventing such situations to occur.

We listen, and provide concrete examples and guidelines.

In case, that there are no concrete questions, we make a general presentation.

LANGUAGES

In our experience a significant number of CFOs and professionals, who are de facto in a CFO role, regardless of the job title and description, as well as at professionals, who are specifically focused on or involved — one way or another — in the work around Accounts Receivable, such as client account managers, legal, etc. are English speaking.

If someone is unsure of their English, we are fluent in German and French.
