Somatic release can be used to process trauma or tension in the body, induce deep relaxation, and restore balance to the whole being. These techniques can be easily modified and are accessible for all - no prior experience necessary!

Discover a journey inward to awaken your soul and connect with your higher self. This immersive event invites you to explore your inner wisdom, uncover your divine purpose, and embrace your unique gifts in a nurturing and sacred space. Through a harmonious blend of sound healing, energy work, and the therapeutic essence of essential oils, you will embark on a path of self-discovery and profound transformation.
Licensed massage therapist and yoga teacher Nicole Warner will begin our gathering with essential oils chosen specifically to support the inward journey and set a soothing foundation for the night, then guiding us into a meditative state through imagery that opens the heart and calms the mind, preparing us for a 90-minute sound bath led by sound healer and musician Ryan Warner. This immersive soundscape invites each participant to gently release, finding comfort in a cocoon of sound that resonates deeply with the body and spirit.
Throughout the sound bath, Nicole and reiki practitioner Megan Lyons will offer optional moments of hands-on energy work, incorporating the light-touch techniques of craniosacral therapy and reiki. These gentle, supportive modalities foster nervous system balance and encourage the body to rest deeply, reflecting winter’s invitation to slow down.
